With a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality products, we have experienced significant growth and are now seeking a talented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations are managed efficiently and in compliance with US finance regulations and Texas compliance laws.

**Position Overview:**
As our Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, including payroll, bookkeeping, and legal compliance matters. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who has a solid understanding of US finance regulations, specifically in Texas. This is a remote position, and we welcome applicants from overseas with experience working in US finance.

**Responsibilities:**
– Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
– Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
– Monitor cash flow and manage expense tracking and reporting.
– Stay up-to-date with Texas compliance laws and regulations to ensure our business remains fully compliant.
– Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets.
– Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
– Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and tax professionals as required.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, preferably with experience in US finance and familiarity with Texas compliance laws.
– Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
– Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
