In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations across our diverse business portfolio, ensuring financial health and compliance, supporting our continuous growth and innovation. You will also be recommending strategies to grow the business.
As a Chief Finance Officer, you will be expected to:
Financial Analysis and M&A Support:
– Perform financial analysis and modeling to support M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
– Develop and maintain detailed financial models, projections, and reports.
Financial Reporting and Forecasting:
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
– Create and manage management dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost control metrics.
Data Analysis and Efficiency Improvements:
– Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Senior Management Support:
– Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in a diverse business environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; CPA or CMA preferred.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and business acumen.
– Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
