Job Description

We are hiring for an ambitious, detail-oriented, and positive part-time Virtual Assistant/Client Concierge.

At Rubix Research International Inc., freedom is our number one value. We are an educational digital business with a 400+ membership in Crypto-Defi, along with additional courses and programs in the online business building space. We are located in the Greater Vancouver area of Canada, and currently have an awesome virtual team of 5.

You would be working with our current Virtual Assistant/Client Concierge and covering her every Friday & Saturday (Pacific Standard Time) and covering her for an additional 14 days of coverage as indicated above in the 2024 dates below.

Hours & Pay

Working days and hours are all in PST (Pacific Standard Time)

1) Essential Training Hours (paid) – For the first 3 Weeks
-Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (can be flexible on the days)
-4 hours each day, either 9am-1pm PST or 12-4pm PST

2) Regular Working Hours Starting at Week 4
-Every Friday & Saturday PST, 2 days a week/5 hours each day (10 hours a week)

3) Essential 2024 dates you will need to be available to cover (14 days):
*Similar amount of days to cover for 2025

Flexible on hours each day as long as it is a minimum of 4 hours of coverage between the hours of 8am-6pm PST

-Sunday April 21st & Monday April 22nd (2 additional days)
-Sunday April 28 (1 additional day)
-Tuesday May 28th, Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th (3 additional days)
-Saturday June 15 (already under regular hours)
-Wednesday October 2nd (1 additional day)
-Wednesday October 16-24 (7 additional days)

Hourly rate: Start at $6.00 USD per hour

This position will start on a part-time basis with 5 hours a day every Friday and Saturday PST, 10 hours per week, and 14 additional days in 2024, but can Progress to increased hours/days for the right candidate.

This position is communicating with clients and members within our platform over Messenger and through email (there is no phone communication)

Duties will include:

-Welcoming all new members within our communities
-Completing a 2-week check-in message with all new members.
-Management of our CRM and all ‘customer tags’ within SamCart.
-Processing member’s cancellations/and removals from the membership site.
-Sending credit card update links/processing of refunds
-Member internal upgrades to higher packages
-Monitoring of failed payments/delinquent payments and removals from membership site
-Collecting payment confirmations from members on manual crypto payment plans (and providing confirmations)
-Monitoring email inboxes for member questions and requests
-Following up with prospects who requested a DEMO Package
-Basic tracking

We are willing to train the right candidate on how to use the different software our company uses, but having experience with these programs listed below is considered a HUGE asset, as well as knowing basic content creation on social platforms such as how to edit youtube videos.
