Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Onboarding and Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, primarily in the real estate and local business sectors, onto the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform and providing ongoing support to help them maximize their business growth using GHL. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up ads on Uphex and managing clients’ ad spend on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding:
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process onto the GoHighLevel platform.
Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ business objectives and requirements.
Guide clients through the setup process, including account creation, integration of relevant tools, and customization of their GHL account to align with their business needs.
Provide hands-on training to clients on how to use GHL features effectively and efficiently.

2. Ongoing Support:
Serve as a dedicated resource for clients, offering ongoing support and assistance with their GHL account.
Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries, issues, and technical challenges related to GHL usage promptly.
Keep clients informed about new features, updates, and best practices to help them maximize the potential of GHL for their business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues when necessary.

3. Uphex Ad Setup and Management:
Setup ads on the Uphex advertising platform for clients based on their business objectives and target audience.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and assets for ad campaigns, including ad copy, images, and targeting parameters.
Monitor and optimize ad campaigns to ensure optimal performance and return on ad spend.
Generate reports on ad performance and communicate results to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
Prior experience in client onboarding, customer support, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform is essential.
Familiarity with Uphex advertising platform or other similar platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and grow their businesses through technology.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, typically requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work remotely.
