Work Hours and Schedule: Mon-Friday 5pm to 10pm EST (Tue-Sat 5am to 10am Manila)
Slots available: 2
Work Duration: Long-term if successful
Rate or Salary range: $6.5/hr
Possibility for overtime
Plus 5% Salary increase after 3 months
Payment Method: Local bank transfer
Salary paid every 17th and 2nd of the month

Description/Information:

We’re looking for customer service agents to help customers with past-due balances. You will be calling on behalf of Fintech clients. Familiarity with a predictive dialer is a plus. Script is provided.

Minimum Requirements:
*Experience with outbound calls
*Decent computer or laptop
*Stable Internet
*English communication skills, both verbal and written
*Headset for calls – Any decent quality, noise-canceling headset (Ex. Plantronics 628, Jabra, etc)
*Punctual and Responsive
*Needs to strictly follow an NDA

Bonus points if you have:
*BPO and WFH Experience
*Knowledge of how to use apps like Slack, Zoom, and any dialers
*A Quiet environment
