Part Time Cold Caller Virtual Assistant (Construction and Roofing Services)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Caller Virtual Assistant with a background in Construction and Roofing Services who has interacted with Home Insurance Agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients and generating insurance agent leads. He/She will also be responsible for interacting with home insurance agents to gather information about potential clients and their needs.

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
– Experience in construction and roofing services and interacting with home insurance agents is desired.
– Excellent verbal communication and phone skills doing outbound calls.
– Familiar with the use of Zoho CRM is required. Experience with either Just Call or Twilio is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Work hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to existing clients and create a database of home insurance agents.
– Interact with home insurance agents to book an appointment with our client for a partnership presentation.
– Create and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.
– Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with potential insurance agent partners.
– Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
– Meet weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.

Equipment:

– 8GB RAM and Core i5 above or equivalent processor (required)
– Stable internet connection – 30 +mbps and must have hardware and power backup in case of outages.
