— Business Overview —

Acomo is a Tokyo-Japan-based Travel Company, Tour Operator, and Internet Hotel Booking System. Regarding the Philippines, Acomo is providing a B2B Japan outbound booking service for travel agents in the Philippines via email, calls, chats, and meetings in person.

Filipino Travel agents, based in the Philippines, ask for Acomo quotations and bookings of Japan tours which travel agents took requests from their customers, including hotel, transfers, activities, and related components of tours.

General Purpose of this Role is to provide public relations through email and SNS advertising.
Specific tasks
– Create communications content and templates for future activities and email advertisements.
– Develop and brainstorm content ideas with the team in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various company initiatives.
– Measure the performance of campaign strategies and improve approaches as necessary.
– Develop engaging content to help sales representatives in acquiring new interests and inquiries from customers.
– Manage Acomo’s SNS account

Expected Education & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– English language proficiency
– Proficient in relevant computer applications and typing skills, including Facebook content management.
– Searching skills by using the internet to provide the information which customers may need regarding Japan tourism
– General knowledge of Facebook management, email marketing, or advertising
– Some experience in sales/marketing or customer service environment
– (Nice to have) Travel/Sightseeing knowledge of Japan basic
– (Nice to have) Experience using Canva or other media editing tools

Payment:
– Monthly Payment. Remittance to your PH local bank account. We have BDO USD Account. Fee will be owned by our side.

Expected Workdays and Time
– Part-time position with 16-24 working hours per week / 2~3 days per week / 20~40% work time per week (can be discussed)
– Working hours should be a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM PH time)
– Sunday closed
– Holidays based in the Philippines Holidays

Work Location / Environment
– Basically, Work at Home
– Require the environment of stable internet environment (Broadband)
– Require the tools of mobile messenger and communication service (Slack/ Viber etc )
– Applicant needs to have her/his own computer device and mobile phones
– Acomo will fix the necessary online tools
– May require travel to major cities in the Philippines for team meet-up

– 3 Months as Probation Period from starting dates
