Job Description:

We’re looking for a vibrant Community Manager/Brand Ambassador to energize our Facebook, TikTok, and other community pages (including future ones) and connect with content creators. You should be creative, communicative, and passionate about online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Community Members:
— Actively participate in discussions on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
— Respond to comments and inquiries quickly.
— Motivate members to share their experiences.

2. Content Creation and Curation:
— Create and share content relevant to the group.
— Curate valuable content from members and external sources.
— Highlight outstanding member contributions.
— Share successful competitor videos to inspire the community.

3. Moderation and Group Management:
— Enforce group rules to keep a positive environment.
— Monitor and resolve conflicts.
— Manage member requests and permissions.

4. Community Growth and Retention:
— Implement strategies to attract and retain members.
— Organize events to boost engagement.
— Reward active members to foster loyalty.

5. Feedback Collection and Reporting:
— Gather and analyze member feedback.
— Report insights to the brand team.
— Track and analyze engagement metrics.

6. Collaboration with Creators:
— Identify and engage potential creators for collaborations.
— Coordinate content production that aligns with brand goals.
— Maintain relationships with creators.

7. Brand Representation:
— Represent the brand within the community with finesse and elegance.
— Communicate updates and promotions.
— Ensure interactions reflect the brand’s voice.

8. Crisis Management:
— Address crises effectively.
— Implement a crisis management plan.
— Communicate transparently during crises.

9. TikTok Affiliate Management:
— Curate, assess, and manage TikTok affiliates.
— Ensure affiliates create content on time and according to specifications.
— Engage in daily communication with TikTok affiliates.
— Share successful competitor videos to inspire and motivate affiliates.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Cost Per View (CPV):
— Metric: Calculate the cost per view for TikTok affiliate content. For example, if $300 is spent on 30 videos generating 15,000 views, CPV = $300 / 15,000 views = $0.02 per view.
— Purpose: Measures the efficiency of the investment in TikTok content creators.

2. Number of Conversions:
— Metric: Track the number of conversions (e.g., sign-ups, purchases) generated from TikTok affiliate content. For example, if 30 videos result in 100 sign-ups, the conversion metric is 100.
— Purpose: Measures the effectiveness of content in driving desired actions from the audience.

3. Reach:
— Metric: Track the total number of unique viewers who see TikTok affiliate content. For example, if a video reaches 20,000 unique viewers, the reach metric is 20,000.
— Purpose: Indicates the overall visibility and potential impact of the content.

4. Engagement Rate:
— Metric: Measure the average engagement rate (likes, comments, shares) on TikTok affiliate posts. For example, if a video receives 500 interactions out of 10,000 views, the engagement rate is 5%.
— Purpose: Indicates the level of audience interaction and content effectiveness.

Qualifications:
— Proven experience in community management.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
— Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
— Creative thinker passionate about online communities.
— Ability to analyze and report metrics.
— Good personality with patience and the ability to connect with people.
— Familiarity with using hashtags and effective social media communication.
— Ability to carry the brand’s name with finesse and elegance.
