Job Description:
As a Part-Time Creative Coordinator at Current TEK Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic video production team. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating video projects across various genres, ensuring they are executed flawlessly from concept to final product. If you are a creative enthusiast with the ability to craft engaging shorts, reels, and highlight videos, we want you to be part of our creative journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to plan, execute, and manage creative projects.
Assist in creative brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Act as a liaison between the creative team and clients or external partners.
Assist in the organization of creative assets, files, and resources.
Ensure that all project details are documented accurately.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the team.
Provide administrative support to the creative department as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for the creative industry.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
