JOB OVERVIEW
As our dedicated Customer Service / Research and Development Specialist you will focus on conducting market research to identify trends and consumer preferences, supporting product development, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. We need someone with strong analytical skills, proficiency in research tools, and a passion for customer service

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as needed.
Manage customer inquiries and interactions across all social media platforms.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional customer support.
Process and edit subscription preferences, handle disputes/chargeback claims, and resolve chargebacks.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to rectify orders, cancel orders, and request replacements.
Ensure the functionality of website pages (Shopify).
Support ad hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the manager.

MUST-HAVES
Experience: At least 3 years of experience supporting e-commerce, preferably in health supplements or pet products.
Financial Processes: Experience in processing refunds and handling dispute cases with payment channels.
E-commerce Platforms: Proficiency in Shopify is essential.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to other processes, including Amazon product research and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in collecting and interpreting data, ensuring all relevant factors such as costs, competition, seasonality, and market trends are accounted for.

GOOD-TO-HAVES
Project Management Tools: Basic knowledge of Clickup; proficiency is a plus.
Customer Service Platforms: Must be well-versed in Gorgias.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data points such as pricing, sales rank, reviews, and competition to identify market gaps, trends, and opportunities (related to learning new processes).
Understanding of Amazon’s Algorithm and Ranking System: Knowledge of factors influencing Amazon’s product ranking, including keywords, customer reviews, and sales velocity (related to learning new processes).
Proficiency in Research Tools and Software: Familiarity with tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, AMZScout, and DataDive to aid in Amazon product research (related to learning new processes).
Up-to-date Market Knowledge: Attuned to market changes, consumer behavior, and emerging trends, including Amazon policies, competitors’ strategies, and consumer preferences (related to learning new processes).

WORK SET-UP
Work-from-home
Rate: $5 per hour
Part-time 4 hours a day, 20 hours per week
Shifting schedule between 10 PM to 8 AM, Philippine time
