We are currently seeking a Part-time Customer Service Virtual Assistant for our e-commerce brand (20 hours a week). As a customer service virtual assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our stores.

Experience in customer service is REQUIRED, and excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
? Resolve customer complaints and issues
? Ensure customer satisfaction
? Work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service
? Provide administrative support as needed
