We’re looking for experienced VAs to take on a long-term Non-Voice (Email & more) Customer Support role for the US market (NIGHT SHIFTS on WEEKENDS).

What we expect from you:

#1: Excellent writing & speaking skills in English (C1 and above).
#2: Reply to US customers immediately after their message enters our inbox (within 5 minutes of arrival).
#3: Work 7.5 hours a day Saturday – Sunday from 10 PM Friday & Sat – 8 AM Sat & Sun PH time.
#4: Proven work experience as a VA or email customer support.
#5: Prevent refunds by coming up with alternative solutions that keep customer satisfaction high.

COMPANY BENEFITS & SALARY:

#1: Work-From-Home Position.
#2: Part-Time Job Role – 15 hours per week (2 days, 7.5 hours a day).
#3: 10,912 PHP/month. Paid bimonthly by Wise (Former Transferwise).
#4: Salary appraisals (over time).
