What You’ll Do
As a Part-Time Digital Graphic Designer at Villaroe , you will play a crucial role in supporting our visual branding and digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics for digital media, including website graphics, social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the Content Writer to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with company branding and marketing strategies.
Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for the company.
Prepare and optimize graphics for web use.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and visual communication.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Receive feedback from team members and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Who You Are
You are a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for graphic design. Proficient in design software, you exhibit strong visual storytelling skills. You possess a keen eye for aesthetics and are well-acquainted with various design principles. Additionally, you have experience in creating graphics for digital platforms. Your collaborative nature and ability to manage multiple projects enable you to contribute effectively to our digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements
Display outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or Inkscape, GIMP, etc.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to create designs that communicate effectively and enhance brand identity.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects, Premier Pro, or Davinci Resolve.
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Analytical work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree is not required, but preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
