Job Description

I am looking for a part-time customer service agent. Please note, that this will most likely evolve into a full-time position (optional).

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
Previous experience using Gorgias CRM, Shopify, ReCharge, or Discord is a PLUS

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will handle all of our company’s customer service

That includes tasks such as:
– Responding daily to emails & social media inquiries
– Managing customer orders/requests (Shopify & ReCharge)

Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
