Part-Time EA & Marketing Coordinator with Opportunity for Full-Time Position**

Location: Remote! Grave yard shift only.

**Starting Pay:** $700/month for Part-Time | STARTING $1400/month for Full-Time (base salary)

**Job Description:**

Are you a creative and highly skilled professional looking to grow your career in marketing? I am seeking a talented Part-Time Marketing Assistant for a trial period, leading to a Full-Time position within the next 45 days. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in graphic design, web design, Canva, and video and podcast editing.

**Responsibilities:**

– Create visually appealing graphics and designs for various marketing materials on Canva
– Design and maintain our website to ensure an engaging user experience using ShowIt Web Platform (NO CODING NEEDED, Just design similar to Canva)
– Develop compelling content using Canva for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
– Edit and produce high-quality podcasts 4x a month, 1 episode a week
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns using Facebook Ads, Email Campaigns and Posting consistently on platforms like Instagram, Youtube and TikTok

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in graphic design, web design, Canva, and video and podcast editing
– Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in these areas – I need someone HIGHLY visual!
– Proficiency in Canva, and web design platforms like ShowIt, WordPress, Wix etc.
– Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth

**Opportunities for Growth:**

This position offers a unique opportunity to transition into a Full-Time role with a starting base salary of $1200 per month, plus health insurance, paid time off, and other perks. As our Marketing Assistant, you will have the chance to grow into a Lead Marketing position, where you will manage and lead offshore employees, driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.
