Position Type: Part-Time (10 hours per week, with potential for more)

Job Description:
As a Part-Time eCommerce Listing Specialist at Craftitems, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online reach across various platforms, including eBay, Shopify, and Etsy. Your primary responsibilities will include listing products, optimizing listings, and enhancing the digital storefronts that define our brand. This role offers flexibility and ample growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
– List and manage products on eBay, Shopify, and Etsy, utilising Nembol for efficient cross-listing.
– Craft compelling titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximise the visibility and sales potential of our products.
– Elevate product listings through photo and video editing to present our offerings in the most appealing manner.
– Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring and updating listings.
– Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries when needed.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in written English with excellent communication skills.
– Demonstrated experience in photo and video editing to enhance product presentation.
– Essential experience in listing and managing products on eBay.
– Familiarity with Shopify and Etsy platforms is a strong advantage.
– Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
– Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
– Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with adaptability to shifting priorities.
