Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Outreach Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for executing email outreach campaigns aimed at engaging potential clients and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Outreach: Craft and send personalized email campaigns to various stakeholders and potential clients to introduce Blue Skies Cannabis Consulting services.
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and stakeholders within the cannabis industry, particularly those holding Host Community Agreements.
Client Engagement: Follow up on email responses, schedule appointments, and maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture relationships.
CRM Management: Manage and update the CRM system with all outreach activities, client information, and follow-up tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Campaign Execution: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads, including creating content, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, response rates, and campaign performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, email marketing, or appointment setting is required. Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a remote working environment.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Work Hours:
Minimum of 10 hours per week, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Flexible working hours, but availability for occasional meetings during our business hours is required.
