Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist (Python Developer) to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to oversee the adaptation of the Python-based ERP system for our company’s use and to manage the creation and maintenance of connections and automations with various APIs and third-party software.
Job Responsibilities
— Lead the adaptation of a Python-based ERP system for the company’s specific needs.
— Manage the development, integration, and maintenance of connections and automations with various APIs and third-party software.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
— Oversee the in-house developer and coordinate with an outsourced full-stack development team.
— Allocate resources and make decisions to align with company goals and project requirements.
— Develop, track, and adjust project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
— Apply Agile methodologies to manage projects with a mix of in-house and outsourced team members.
— Maintain code quality and consistency through effective code reviews and testing processes.
— Utilize project management tools and software to facilitate communication, collaboration, and project tracking.
— Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Python development.
Qualifications
— Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong background in Python development.
— Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development environments.
— Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with demonstrated expertise in system setup, customization, and integration with eCommerce platforms.
— Familiarity with Amazon SP-API, Google App Scripts, and Zapier is highly desirable.
— Proven track record of successfully managing projects involving these technologies.
— Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
— Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate collaboration between in-house and outsourced teams.
— Experience with ERP software is a plus.
— Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in software development projects.
