Job Description

We are a dynamic and trending fractional sales management company focused on the natural food and beverage market in the US. We’re looking for a Part-Time Excel Expert and Data Analyst to help us create detailed sales reports and insights using advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. We are a rapidly growing startup and with the right candidate, we are looking for this position to grow with our company.

IF you don’t have ample experience doing the type of activities required, namely advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to produce sales reports using these advanced skills, please do not waste time applying. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets reports to track sales performance and identify trends.
• Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.
• Assist with various tasks requiring advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including data visualization, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with our team to improve data analysis processes and methodologies.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data reports and analyses.

Position Details:
• Contract position with 5-20 hours per month, potentially increasing as our rapidly growing startup grows.

Compensation:
• Competitive, based on experience. Include your expected rate in your application.

Ideal Candidate:
• Proven expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in data analysis or a related field is highly desirable.
