?Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a well-organized professional with a direct communication style to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This pivotal role requires a self-starter who can communicate effectively and possesses strong writing skills. The Executive Assistant will be listed prominently on our website and should be prepared to attend meetings held in the Eastern Time zone.
What You’ll Do:
* Meeting scheduling, agenda setting, and note-taking
* Assistance with travel bookings, conference planning, and related tasks
* Event planning, coordination, and management
* Email correspondence, including triage, response, and organization, with access to the employer’s email
* Client communication and vendor management
* Document editing, basic research, and reporting
* File management using tools like Google Drive, contracts, etc.
* HR support, including preparing position announcements, interview scheduling, and onboarding assistance
* Updating and maintaining Our Directory and Web content.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
* Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
* Proficient in document editing, basic research, and database management
* Familiarity with file management systems such as Google Drive
* Experience in HR support tasks, including onboarding and interview scheduling
* Effective time management and multitasking abilities
* Flexibility to attend meetings held in the Eastern Time zone
* Strong writing skills for various communication needs
* Comfortable handling client communication and vendor relationships
* XERO or Quickbooks experience (not required, but desired)
* Hubspot experience (not required, but desired)
