Position Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Freelance Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our clients’ communities on Instagram and Facebook. Your role is crucial in ensuring our clients’ social media presence aligns with their marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Pop Culture Savvy: Stay up-to-date with current pop culture trends to create content that resonates with our clients’ target audiences.
Platform Expert: Possess a high level of proficiency in both Facebook and Instagram, knowing the ins and outs of each platform to maximise engagement.
Client-Centric: Allocate 30 minutes to 1 hour per client, per day, to engage with their audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
Tone of Voice Mastery: Maintain the brand’s tone of voice guidelines and execute marketing strategies effectively to create a consistent online presence.
Independence & Research: Conduct research into demographics on each platform, staying informed about audience preferences and behaviours.
Reporting: Provide valuable insights and reports on social media activity, key metrics, and noteworthy engagements to continually optimise our clients’ social media presence.

Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language with impeccable spelling and grammar.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook and Instagram.
Ability to stick to tone of voice guidelines and execute marketing strategies.
Independent and self-motivated, with strong research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for social media and community management.
