Job Description

Part Time / Full Time | 20 – 40 hours per week | Work From Home |
Working hours Flexibility negotiable (usually between 5am and 5pm EST OR 6-10pm PH + 9am-1pm PH)

$4- $7/hour Depending on experience and capability

QUALIFICATIONS:
– At least 2 year Amazon-related experience (Private Label)
– Candidates who have worked at Amazon catalog/ FBA team [Position above subject matter expert) will be considered first
– Candidates who have Private Label Sellers’ VA Experience OR Agencies Experience (i.e. Seller Candy, MAG, Seller Interactive, Incrementum Digital PPC) will be considered first
– At least 2 year Customer service experience

JOB OVERVIEW:
– Amazon seller account overlook and management
– Troubleshooting listing or account related issues
– Handles reimbursements, writing Appeals and POA
– Data entry tasks using google sheets
– Other random tasks that are assigned
– Exploring new opportunities to scale business within/ outside Amazon, candidates with other countries’s (eg. CA/UK/ AUS) ASC and other platforms’ (eg. Walmart, Shopify) knowledge are assets

Key Skills:
> Proficient on Amazon Seller Central
> Strong knowledge on creating a variation using flat file is a MUST
> Strong knowledge on Amazon fulfillment reports.
> Strong knowledge on listing reinstatement
> Proficient in resolving inventory, listing and seller performance issues.
> Strong computer skills, including a great working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Drive
> Good English skills, including speaking and writing
> Quick Learner: able to follow direction that is spoken and written
> Good time management: able to work independently to complete tasks on time and efficiently
> Good communication habits: willing to ask for help when needed, willing to present new ideas
> Researching skills, Strong Self Learner
