I am looking for a part-time or full-time Social Media Marketer. You will be doing a variety of tasks, many of which I will create tutorials for you.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. You will be paid weekly.

Accessibility Requirements:
– Stable Internet
– Personal Computer you have access to 24/7
(not shared with library or family)
– Chrome browser

Skills REQUIRED:
– Proficient in English (writing), you are not asked to speak English if you are not comfortable doing so. But I need to be able to understand you, and you need to be able to understand me. There is no video interview. All of our communication will be through whatsapp, email, and Trello (project management software).
Must also be proficient in at least 2 of the 5 skills below:
– Facebook/IG advertising
– Tiktok advertising
– Google PPC advertising
– Amazon PPC advertising
– Landing page building

Skills Preferred:
– Experience with social media management
– Experience with Shopify platform
– Experience with WordPress platform
– Experience with Youtube platform
– Experience with FB/IG/TikTok
– Experience with chatGPT

Job Description:

About me: I am the founder of multiple companies, namely , , and I run a small digital marketing business where we build websites for our clients and assist with marketing strategy and implementation. I currently have 5 websites that I oversee, and expect that this will grow in the coming year. Each of these companies is very different, they include a hunting accessory company, a physical therapy company, a real estate company, a logging company, and an apparel company. I am looking for an adaptable person who is passionate about digital advertising that would like to join our team and be a part of the common goal to help these websites prosper. I’m a very laid back person and patient while my employees are learning. I will facilitate your growth. There will never be issues so long as you are completing your tasks in a timely manner and that I can see you are putting forth effort to improve. I believe in rewarding good employees and there is opportunity to grow in my companies. I have three amazing employees from the Philippines who have worked for me for over a year. Perks:
*You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you according to the hours you have worked. I typically cap the hours at 40 per week. I will start you at 20 or so to make sure we are on the right track.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know. I honor all Philippine holidays.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

Someone who loves social media management and marketing. This person enjoys the challenge of advertising products of all types and price points. This person is organized, strategic, and stepwise in their approach. They highly respect each dollar that is being spent on advertising and perform frequent analysis to determine the profitability of the marketing campaign. This person enjoys being a part of the team, and being rewarded for their success. This person is organized, and motivated to complete tasks ahead of time. This is someone who can work independently, follows directions, and who constantly improves with feedback. Most importantly, this person spends the time to really understand the products/services they are advertising, so that they insure their strategy is sound, and that the increased traffic will increase sales profitably.

**Keep in mind, these are low price point fishing lures, it is very challenging to run advertising to low ticket products.
