Part-Time General Admin Assistant Responsible for Content Management and other Admin Tasks
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a General Admin Assistant who will focus on managing our content generation through the use of AI technology and making sure they are being proofread and edited so it suits the company’s branding and best writing practices. This job may also involve other admin related tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least basic knowledge of SEO, familiar with AI technologies to generate content, and has the ability to generate topic ideas that are relevant to our brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative articles for our website
Use AI tools to generate content and ensure it is unique and meets our standards
Conduct research and come up with relevant topic ideas for our brand
Optimize content for SEO and ensure that it is properly formatted for search engines
Source relevant images to include in the post
Proofread and edit content to ensure it is free of errors
Post articles on our website using our CMS
Manage a content calendar and meet deadlines for content delivery
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content is aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives
Other administrative related tasks necessary to carry out the company’s goals
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in content writing or a related field
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Experience with using AI tools to generate content
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines
Ability to research and come up with relevant topic ideas for our brand
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to it
Experience in using Asana, Slack, Google Suite or any other similar tools would be a huge plus
WORK SCHEDULE
Our team operates within Australia business hours from 9am-5pm (AEST). We prefer someone who can work within those hours for easier collaboration.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
