Part Time – General Manager / Operations Assistant

CoSea Homes is a full-service rental management company based out of Los Angeles, California in the United States. We specialize in offering furnished accommodations for business travelers. We’re looking to hire a general manager to lead the hospitality / rental management operations of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity with a lot of room for growth for the right candidate.

The day-to-day responsibilities will be broken down into different phases:

PHASE 1:

– Email communication and cold outreach with landlord/property manager leads
– Branding and sales content: sales slide decks, website improvements
– Creating lead lists in different cities

PHASE 2

– Communicating with guests through our management software to ensure that they have everything they need when arriving at our properties
– Communicating with our housekeeping staff to ensure our places are taken care of
– Facilitating restocking of our properties by placing orders through various sources (ex: Amazon, Walmart, etc)
– Assisting guests with any issues which may occur during their stay
– Filing claims through various sources for company reimbursement (ex: Airbnb, Aircover)
– Occasionally communicating with guests through various channels (Phone, Text, Etc)
– Facilitating occasional maintenance by working with approved contractors
– Generating reports for leadership through tools like Google Sheets
– Facilitate bookings by manually creating reservations for clients that book directly with us
– Creating and deleting listings on various OTAs (Airbnb, etc) and integrating them with property management software (Guesty, etc.)
– Creating and deleting access codes for our guests using software like Schlage, August, etc.
– Occasionally reviewing security footage to ensure safety using tools like Ring

PHASE 3

– Managing and hiring additional Sales Professionals and Virtual Assistants to form a team to expand the business

QUALIFICATIONS

– Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English, Spanish is a bonus
– Prior experience working on Airbnbs is preferred
– Experience with Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Etc.
– Must have reliable internet, at least 10mbps
– Must be able to respond to guest needs in a timely fashion

COMPENSATION

Base compensation would be Php 6000 – 8000, but we can discuss a bonus structure if sales leads are successfully generated.

WORK HOURS

Initially, the working hours are going to be 10-15 / week but can increase with more responsibilities. Compensation can increase with increased hours as well.
