Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google & Facebook Ads Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital advertising, including copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Facebook and Google platforms.
Plan, create, and optimize engaging ad copy, visuals, and videos for Meta campaigns.
Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, keywords, and trends for Google Advertising.
Manage and monitor advertising budgets to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of successfully managing Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
Expertise in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing for digital advertising.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Google Ads certification and Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
Recruitment Process:
