Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a keen eye for visual details and a passion for social media, especially short-form content. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for editing thumbnails for Instagram Reel videos and other short-form formats of content, ensuring they are captivating, aligned with our client’s brand identity, and optimized for user engagement.

Responsibilities:

Design and edit compelling thumbnails for Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
Collaborate with our content creation team to conceptualize and implement design ideas.
Ensure all graphics are consistent with our client’s brand identity and appeal to our target audience.
Continuously monitor social media trends and adapt designs to maximize engagement.
Handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Provide creative input to the content creation process as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
Excellent understanding of Instagram’s aesthetic, formats, and user interface.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for Instagram or other social media platforms.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent time-management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Part-Time to Full-Time Transition availibility

This role will initially be part-time with the expectation to transition to full-time within 30-45 days, contingent on performance and the evolving needs of Fimi Collective.
