Part Time Graphic Designer & Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a proactive, organised, part time graphic designer / virtual assistant to work on a variety of regular tasks to support and grow with my business.

I am a Parenting Coach providing online courses and consultations.

Part time: $5/hour – 5 hours a week initially, with a view towards growing responsibilities.

Skills required:

• Attention to detail

Tasks
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

Design:
– creating website pages including sales pages
– images for Facebook and Instagram
– downloadable workbooks & worksheets
– ideally (but not required) video editing for IG reels and YouTube videos
– ideally improving the overall design of the website

Website Content
– uploading podcast episodes into AI technology to create summaries for the blog page
– uploading podcast (already edited) & copy onto the website

Email Management
– uploading, updating and scheduling emails in Mailchimp
– Creating automated email sequences in Mailchimp

Social Media
– scheduling content & events in Facebook groups
– scheduling Social Media content through Meta

Qualifications
– Must be able to speak, write and understand English
– Must be able to use Trello (project management software)
– Must be able to use Mailchimp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
– Must be able to use WordPress
– Must be able to have a PayPal account (this is how I will pay you)
– You need to be able to reply quickly to videos
– Be able to use Dropbox for videos
