PART TIME HIGH CONVERTING AD CREATIVE & WEB DESIGNER: Facebook, Google ads

We are a growing marketing agency that specialises in direct-response marketing.

We need a part-time ad creative and web designer who can turn around jobs within 48 hours to work for all of our clients, as well as our own brand.

You will be working on Facebook and Google ads and website designs.

You will also provide creative ideas, find stock images and edit, and produce attention-grabbing ad creatives for paid advertising platforms and websites.

You will also design modern, attention-grabbing, compelling websites using established marketing principles.

We have ongoing work and are in the process of growing. We have 14 employees. We want someone who is in the top 1% and understands how to create scroll-stopping, attention-grabbing ad creatives.

This is no ‘average’ business. We all work very hard, very fast and 10x faster than most. If you aren’t hardcore, it likely won’t work out, I’m just being honest and upfront 🙂

I, as the CEO and our project manager, will do all reviews.

We want someone who wants to work for 3+ years, not 3 months.

WARNING: You must be an expert in attention-grabbing ad creatives and website design. You must know a lot about graphic design, marketing, ads, etc. You must also know how to create attention-grabbing, HIGHLY CONVERTING ads and websites. We don’t care unless it makes $$$. The more we make and the bigger the impact, the more we’ll pay 🙂

You must also be around daily between 9am and 5pm GMT+8 time. We will want you to respond and get work back pretty quickly. As I said, we work 10x faster than anyone else 😉
