Position Overview:
Blue Rock Financial Group is seeking a talented and driven Part-Time/Hourly Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, engage with our target audience, and drive brand awareness. This is a part-time position, with flexibility in terms of working hours, and is perfect for individuals looking to contribute their social media expertise to a reputable financial firm.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Blue Rock Financial Group’s objectives and target audience.
Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics, to promote the company’s services and attract and retain followers.
Community Management: Monitor social media platforms, engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive online interactions.
Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, product launches, events, and other relevant activities.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using various tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as audience growth, engagement, and conversions, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Social Listening: Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement, and proactively address any issues or concerns related to Blue Rock Financial Group on social media platforms.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and compliance, to ensure consistency in messaging, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance across all social media channels.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging social media platforms, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations on their potential utilization to enhance Blue Rock Financial Group’s online presence.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, and their respective best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) to schedule, monitor, analyze, and report on social media activities.
Familiarity with financial services, investment products, and industry-related regulations is a plus.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Creativity and an innovative mindset to develop unique social media campaigns and content ideas.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
