Duties:
Training, mentoring and motivating a team of CLEANERS
Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and selecting qualified individuals to join your team and our company
Conducting online training and organizing field training and joint field work with the team
Overseeing sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran cleaning agents

Provide leadership for the cleaning system including coaching, counseling and discipline of contractors.
Be knowledgeable about the time management, employee record, and timekeeping systems with the ability to troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Monitoring minor performance ensure policies and procedures related to hours of work and positions worked are being observed.
Assist in implementation and creation of employee relations programs such as Rewards, employee events, and surprise
Enforce policies including attendance, standards of conduct, and standards of appearance.
Compile and process data entry of audits and surveys to evaluate overall job quality.
Maintain our appearance and overall cleanliness and organization.
Facilitate and assist with all aspects of Human Resources department, including Wardrobe, Recruiting, Training, and Special Events. put sparkle in the subject when you apply
Conduct workplace investigations related to harassment, violence, malicious gossip, etc.
Screen and interview new applicants for cleaning positions.
Correspond with office manager leadership to validate timekeeping records daily.
Perform all other additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications for This Position:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work 10-20 hours a week or more. Flexible schedule required, ability to work year-round including nights, weekends, holidays, and extra hours if needed.
Previous Supervisory/Human Resources experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in an ever-changing, fast paced, high volume environment while problem solving.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
1-3 years of hr experience experience
Experience in building and leading a teams
Recruiting experience
1 sales experience

Must be able to work full time 8am- 5pm eastern standard time Monday- Friday. We are hiring long term ONLY.
