We are looking for an English speaking person to work with an established insurance agency in the US.
This position entails a variety of tasks, almost all of which there will be video tutorials for you.
Job tasks include:
Answering incoming phones
Data Entry
Customer service
Payment Processing
Customer Follow-up Calls
Marketing to new customers
Cross selling existing customers
Easy social media tasks
Sending and responding to short emails
NO Cold Calling!
MUST be proficient in English.
We are looking for a part-time employee to work 20 hours per week (this position has potential to turn into full-time 40 hours per week).
You will be working for an established insurance agency. Experience with customer management software is a plus, but if not we will teach you just about everything that you need to know.

I own 2 different companies: an insurance agency and a separate employment agency. I have been an employer for over 30 years. My employees have been very happy to work with me. You will be given a chance to talk with my local employees or other VA’s before you are hired.
