Job Description:

We seek a skilled and motivated Part-Time Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to drive growth for our consulting businesses in D365 Dynamics, Business Central Post Production Support, Data Reporting, and Workday Benefits. This remote role requires availability from 7 AM to 3 PM MST. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing lead generation strategies and initiating the sales process, leveraging Microsoft CRM for lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation plans to identify potential clients, utilizing various methods, including web scraping, social media, and networking.
Proactively reach out to potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social media between 7 AM and 3 PM MST.
Qualify leads, understand their requirements, and assess the potential fit with our consulting services.
Manage and track lead activity and sales progress in Microsoft CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Facilitate the transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, arranging meetings and presentations.
Collaborate with the consulting team to gain a deep understanding of our services for effective communication with prospects.
Strive to meet or exceed set targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation and sales, preferably within the consulting or technology sectors.
Familiarity with Microsoft CRM and other lead-generation tools.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with prospects.
Goal-oriented and self-driven, able to work efficiently in a part-time remote setup.
Ability to work within the MST time zone from 7 AM to 3 PM.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package for our Lead Generation and Sales Specialist role, which includes:

Base Salary: A guaranteed monthly base salary ranging from $400 to USD 600, reflecting the part-time nature of the role.

Commission on Sales: In addition to the base salary, you can significantly increase your earnings through a commission structure. You will receive a 5-10% commission on the revenue from each successful sale or conversion you directly contribute to. This incentive rewards high performance and aligns your success with the company’s growth.
