As a Liaisons Officer VA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our property management business by ensuring efficient administrative processes, fostering B2B and B2C relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company’s assets.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our property management team, including document management, scheduling, and data organization.

Support in Property Management: Collaborate with property managers to coordinate various aspects of property management, including maintenance and tenant relations.

Email Coordination: Efficiently manage email correspondence with B2B and B2C stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and aftercare support.

Advocate Company Interests: Act as a liaison between our company and external partners to relay our interests and promote collaboration to achieve mutual goals.

Asset Management: Oversee asset-related activities, including maintenance, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure optimal performance.

Financial Support: Assist in sending invoices, conducting follow-ups, and collecting feedback from clients, ensuring smooth financial transactions.

Requirements and Skills:

-Proven work experience as a Liaison or in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse clients.
-A flexible, amicable, and community-oriented approach to work.
-Adherence to designated procedural guidelines and a strong sense of responsibility for task completion.
-Relevant training and/or certifications in liaison-related fields, showcasing your dedication to professional development.
-Asset management knowledge, including experience with Project Management Tools, to efficiently oversee and optimize company assets.
