Job Description

We require a talented customer service assistant who can help with inbox management, customer support, mailings, rewards and recognition, and the organization and execution of customer and client events. We use software such as Zoom, Excel, Google Calendar, ConvertKit, and Kajabi to support our customers. All communications are in English.

Please note: This is a part-time, long-term position with our company. This will likely become a full-time position in the near future.

We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, wants to be a valued and active team member, wants to learn, and who has the technology and internet capacity to download files. Someone who is very kind, who’s fun, who’s funny, who has a sense of humor, who’s a team player, who’s open to feedback and quick complete assignments and available for quick turnaround of projects to work with an amazing company in the United States.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a traditional customer service job. You’re not going to be standing behind a desk, answering phones, handling returns of ugly clothes, and dealing with hateful “can I talk to your manager” moms. Instead, you’ll be working with our customers and clients online and dealing with their requests via email. You’ll also be responsible for nurturing our online community and handling customer support requests and messages. With that in mind, you should have your own laptop, smart phone, and a reliable internet connection and data plan.

The role will start as a part-time role, and we are looking for someone who wants to have an ongoing relationship long-term to develop as we expand our business. Must work quickly and meet all deadlines.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report of work completed
2. Reply promptly to all customer questions in the inbox and provide feedback and ideas on how to enhance the customer experience.
3. Review, provide feedback for, and schedule weekly customer newsletters, call reminders, etc.
4. Schedule Zoom meetings and add events to the calendar.
5. Attend and Monitor Zoom call customer chats.
6. Attend weekly team meetings

You’ll qualify for vacation and sick leave after the probation period. We honor all major US and Filipino holidays. We also honor the 13th month bonus.
