This role is ideal for someone based in the Philippines who can work seamlessly within the Australian day time zone.

Role Overview

As a Marketing and Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing initiatives and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key responsibilities

Craft engaging content for blogs, social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), and electronic newsletters, demonstrating impeccable written English skills.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and Go High Level.
Utilise WordPress to update and maintain our website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva to support marketing efforts.
Provide administrative support including task management, scheduling, and document preparation.
Adhere to Australian time zone hours of operation (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM AEST).

Requirements

Impeccable written and spoken English proficiency.
Background in marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and crafting engaging content.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and marketing automation tools like Go High Level.
Graphic design skills with experience using Canva or similar tools.
Exceptional task management and organisational abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Prior administrative support experience is preferred.
Experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Recruitment Services, Workers Compensation, Workplace Health & Safety, and Workplace Training.
Ability to provide examples of previous work if available.

Additional information

Part-time role requiring 15-20 hours per week.
Remote position based in the Philippines, operating within the Australian time zone.
Immediate availability is preferred.
