Hi there! I’m hiring a part-time marketing virtual assistant to help me work on marketing tasks and creative projects for a coaching, self-development, and energy practitioner small business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience with Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets & Google Slides
Familiarity with graphics, finding or creating appropriate images for an article or event (Canva)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram)
Familiarity with Mailing Lists and Autoresponders (Constant Contact)
Basic writing skills, I give you an idea and you flesh it out
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello
Familiar with creating website pages (SquareSpace) and Event posting (Meetup)
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Know something about SEO and blog writing if I give you the basics
Able to design a beautiful website Landing Page
Facebook ad experience a +
YouTube SEO and growth a +

I have lots of information, and need someone who is organized and clear-thinking and good with keeping a large number of things clear.
A learning lover – I have many courses I want to take and don’t have time, you would take the courses and summarize.
I want to work with people who are excited about making the world a more positive, uplifting place.
Someone interested in marketing, and can see opportunities for re-using content across multiple platforms
Experience with Facebook ads a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION:
10 – 20 hours per week
Finding or creating images to support the writings
Turning newsletter content into courses and kindle books
Working with sound and video files. Pulling out short easy bits for marketing from a longer class
Taking online courses and summarizing the learning in easy to read and share bits
ABOUT COMPENSATION:
Pay weekly
