Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Part-Time Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a leader and expert in the field who can bring proven experience and new ideas to enhance our marketing strategy. You will formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing program, taking our current efforts to the next level. You will be the director, and we will be your client, providing you with the support and resources needed to succeed. This position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with the potential to move to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Weekly Deliverables:
Daily Blogs: Write and publish daily blog posts for both the real estate and painting services websites.
Daily Social Media Posts: Create and post daily content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google My Business for both companies.
Agent Social Media Posts: Manage and post daily content for agents, including a mix of reposts and unique content.
Event Marketing Collateral: Design and distribute marketing materials for event-specific promotions across multiple platforms.
Property Marketing: Develop and execute ongoing marketing strategies for each property, including “Coming Soon,” “Just Listed,” “Pending,” and “Sold” campaigns. Ensure continuous marketing efforts until each property is sold.
Facebook Group Referrals: Monitor Facebook groups, respond to referral requests promptly, and track referral successes.
Webmaster Duties: Maintain and update company websites, ensuring they are optimized and contain fresh content.
Property Websites: Build and manage individual property websites on our platform using Duda.
Additional Responsibilities:
Email Newsletters: Write and send out weekly email newsletters and secondary emails using tools like ChatGPT and MailerLite.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies for both real estate and painting services.
SEO and Analytics: Optimize website content for search engines and analyze marketing performance to provide actionable insights.
Community Engagement: Engage with the community on social media, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Creative Campaigns: Develop creative marketing campaigns to promote properties and painting services.
Content Management: Manage content calendars for social media, blogs, and email campaigns to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Video Content: Edit raw video content provided by us for property tours, client testimonials, and promotional materials.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities for exposure and lead generation.
PPC Campaigns: Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns using Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager to drive traffic and generate leads.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on the performance of all marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Google Workspace: Utilize Google Workspace for collaboration and productivity.
Tracking and Proving Success: Implement tools and methods for tracking the success of all marketing efforts, including setting KPIs, generating reports, and presenting data to demonstrate ROI and effectiveness, including growth in account followers, interactions, and leads generated.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in real estate and home services.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailerLite) and content management systems (CMS).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
Demonstrated success in generating leads and increasing market exposure.
Strong video editing skills and experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Leadership and strategic planning skills to develop and implement effective marketing programs.
Knowledge of PPC advertising and experience managing campaigns using Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
Proficiency in Duda for website management.
Experience with Google Workspace for collaboration and productivity.
Ability to track and prove the success of marketing activities, demonstrating ROI and effectiveness through detailed reporting, including growth in account followers, interactions, and leads generated.
