We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms, building brand awareness, and ensuring our services are well-known among prospective clients. You will create high-quality content regularly, engage with our audience, and conduct market research to better understand our target market.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our website.
• Produce engaging content in various forms such as reels, stories, posts, and videos.
• Regularly post high-quality content that aligns with our brand and services.
• Engage with prospective clients through comments, messages, and interactive content.
• Conduct market research to gain in-depth insights into the needs and preferences of e-commerce businesses in Australia.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas for blog posts.
• Assist in writing and editing blog articles
• Brainstorm ideas for templates and resources to share on our website to attract more target clients.
• Monthly Newsletter: Create a monthly newsletter that summarizes valuable content shared on our social media platforms during the month.
• Join platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, Reddit, and relevant business forums frequented by e-commerce businesses. Observe and understand their discussions to identify their needs and challenges. Offer assistance where possible.
• Conduct research to identify potential government grants that our target clients may be eligible for, such as R&D grants or export grants.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of followers, engagement rates, video/reel reviews, website visits, and Google searches.

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Targeted growth rate on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Average likes, shares, comments, and saves per post.
• Number of unique views per post or video.
• Total impressions across all platforms.
• Minimum 3 posts per week on social media
• Number of website visits per month.
• Number of Google searches leading to the website.

3. Requirements
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent communication and creative skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with the accounting industry is a plus but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
