Job Description: E-commerce Manager (Part-Time) at Universals101

Position: Part-Time Marketplace Manager – Amazon Marketplaces (4 Hours Per Day, 20 hours per week)

Your Role:
• Managing the Amazon Marketplaces with all it’s nuances and challenges (German, UK, US, Italian, Spain, France, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium)
• You will work in close cooperation with our strategic e-commerce manager Theresa and coordinate the tasks and you will be given tasks. However, it is important that you already have experience in the areas so that you can act independently.
• Solve problems with Amazon support, edit inventory files, improve product detail pages, create offers, translate with deepl products etc.

Requirements:
• Important in General: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing products on Amazon.
• Important hard skills: Experience in editing and creating inventory files for Amazon, already communicated successfully with Amazon support staff and solved problems independently, experience in setting up Amazon listings and filling out all relevant points, technical expertise in e-commerce platforms.
• Important soft skills: Able to solve problems independently, perfectionism when it comes to accuracy but still working quickly and efficiently, good English knowledge, good teamplayer.
• Additional knowledge that helps: experience with deepl, chatgpt, canva.
