uBreakiFix Northern Austin, a thriving chain of 3 technology repair stores in Austin, official repair partners for Google- Samsung, is seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager to join our remote team. This is a flexible, growth-oriented position with responsibilities increasing along with your success.

Initial Responsibilities (6 hours/week):

Traction EOS meeting leadership (2 hours): Facilitate our weekly executive operating system meeting, prepping materials and ensuring smooth execution.
Workorder & Purchase Management (4 hours): Streamline workorder closure and oversee purchasing, ensuring efficient stock levels and accurate cost control.
Post in our social media accounts 4x a week for 3 stores.

As you grow:

Expand your scope to encompass additional operational tasks.
Play a key role in implementing new initiatives and optimizing processes.
Become a trusted advisor to the CEO, contributing strategic insights and driving results.

Who You Are:

A meticulous organizer with excellent attention to detail.
Has experience with Traction – EOS.
A proven leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive problem-solver with initiative and a can-do attitude.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other productivity tools.
Familiar with basic inventory management and purchasing principles.
