Part-Time Outbound Call Center Representative/Appointment Setter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Outbound Call Center Representative/Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to generate interest and enthusiasm.
Qualify leads and identify potential clients who would benefit from our offerings.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the CRM system.
Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide relevant information about scheduled appointments.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and able to handle objections professionally.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week. The schedule may include evenings and weekends based on business needs.
