Virtual Rockstar is seeking a dedicated part-time Virtual Patient Liaison to support our client’s mobile Occupational/ Physical Therapy team based in Connecticut. As a Virtual Patient Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between patients and medical staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing appointment schedules, handling patient inquiries, maintaining patient records, and assisting with insurance-related matters.

Responsibilities:

Manage appointment calendar and coordinate with medical staff to optimize daily schedules.
Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Send exercise and treatment plans to patients as directed by therapists.
Respond to frequently asked questions and assist patients with insurance-related queries.
Manage referrals from other healthcare providers and update patient files with insurance information.
Explain insurance benefits to patients and assist with insurance-related inquiries.
Send appointment reminders and generate invoices as needed.
Maintain electronic medical records and assist with data entry and basic reporting.
Contact patients for feedback and maintain a waitlist for appointments.
Transcribe therapist-patient interactions and assist with marketing campaigns.
Manage social media profiles and maintain the clinic website.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in virtual communication tools and software.
Familiarity with HelloNote EMR, Virtual Marketing Mastery, and Go High Level is a plus.
Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry preferred.
