I am a Dublin-based financial consultant and accountant, servicing businesses in the U.S. and Europe. Additionally, I manage multiple websites and YouTube channels in the beauty and travel niches. My rapidly growing portfolio requires me to seek a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented part-time personal assistant based in the Philippines.
Job Description:

This role involves a range of business and personal tasks, and it comes with the possibility to scale up to a full-time position as my business grows. The ideal candidate will have some experience as a virtual assistant, as this would enable them to contribute suggestions for tasks and responsibilities they can handle, in addition to the ones I’ve outlined.
Responsibilities:

– Monitor and respond to emails across multiple accounts, sometimes drafting emails to third parties
– Research and create travel itineraries and manage bookings
– Manage and pay specific personal bills, such as utilities and invoices
– Liaise with landlords for both business and residential properties
– Handle forwarded calls or monitor voicemails (flexible availability)
– Perform data entry tasks related to my primary business and side ventures
– Assist in vendor invoice management and reviewing health insurance claims
– Conduct research related to side businesses (e.g., software solutions, products)
– Manage personal tasks including eBay listings, online shopping, and dinner reservations
– Use for note-taking and collaborative information sharing
– Install and use a password management app for secure data handling
– Use ChatGPT for specific tasks (access and guidance will be provided)

Requirements:

– Moderate proficiency in Excel and Word, as we’ll switch between Google Docs and Microsoft Office (subscription provided)
– Excellent English-speaking and writing skills
– A reliable internet connection, suitable for Zoom or Skype calls
– Own a personal computer or laptop (shared computers are not acceptable due to sensitive information)
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
– Comfortable with using various digital platforms like , password management apps, and ChatGPT

Additional Information:

– Weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly payment options, depending on your preference
– Flexible hours with occasional overlap for real-time communication
– Initial hours will range between 2 to 8 per week, scaling as the role evolves
