Part Time Pinterest Marketing Specialist / Pin Designer Needed To Design Pins, & Manage & Grow Pinterest Account

Pinterest Marketing Specialist needed for growing book publishing company!

Will be responsible for creating compelling pins for our Pinterest account, building up impressions, clicks, and followers on our Pinterest account, increasing traffic to our page and sales of our products, and developing a Pinterest strategy and process that works best for our particular niche/business.

You are not writing copy. Copy will be provided for you, so you can just focus on designing and publishing amazing, eye-catching pins!

You will be given a spreadsheet of information for the 300 or so pins we will publish for the month, and this spreadsheet will give you pin title, copy, description, and the kind of pin we will design, and you will design pins using this information. Copy will be provided for you, so you will not have to write copy, but the occasional exception to this will be when making variations of the pins you design, you will need to rewrite/reword descriptions occasionally.

We would like someone we can work with long term.

SCOPE OF WORK & COMPENSATION

Every week, you will design around 75 pins over a span of 2 or 3 days, then you will upload, schedule and publish them to Pinterest. You’ll do a brief weekly/monthly report of stats and notes tracking progress and strategizing for the future. Other brief, relevant tasks may come up from time to time. We estimate this will take about 15-20 hours per week. Over time, it will take less time as we develop templates based on pins that work well for us. This will be paid at a flat rate of $600 a month (paid weekly at $150 per week), with bonuses as our Pinterest traffic and sales driven by Pinterest increase.

SKILLS NEEDED
=============

– Good eye for graphic design
– Ability to make visually appealing and creative photo and video pins
– Social media savvy, ability to spot trends on other social media sites (tiktok, instagram, youtube, etc) and apply them to our Pinterest account
– Ability to do basic short video/audio editing (putting clips together, adding captions, etc) for pins that include video or audio clips
– Knowledge of how to use Pinterest and build traffic so you can help us develop a successful Pinterest strategy that drives traffic and sales to our products
