Job Description

WHAT WE NEED

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented, skilled individual to join our team as a Part-Time Quality Control / IT Support Specialist and provide comprehensive technical assistance and support to our employees.

The primary responsibility is to ensure that the images uploaded by our operatives to the Multivista platform adhere to the specific criteria for quality and client expectations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products/services.

The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in IT Support, particularly Microsoft (MS) Office 365 support, Salesforce support, and Dropbox support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

A) Primary Day-to-Day Duties: (1-2 hours/day)

1. Conduct quality control to make sure the Multivisita platform’s uploaded captures are up to par and error-free.
2. Identify quality or non-compliance issues within the Multivista platform accurately and notifying team members about it on a daily basis (preferably sending an email report before 7:00 am UK Time).
3. Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system. (e.g. hardware/software issue tracking, remote equipment setup, calibration, and other basic requests)

B) Ad-hoc Tasks (only if necessary)

4. Provide MS Office 365 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Office applications.
5. Assist with Salesforce support, including user administration, data management, report generation, and basic customisation. (There is an existing highly qualified global Salesforce support team within Multivista, you will be the frontline support for our local UK employees.)
6. Support Dropbox by managing user accounts, resolving synchronisation issues, and providing guidance on best practices for data storage and collaboration.
7. Respond to and resolve IT support requests from employees regarding software, hardware, and system issues promptly and effectively.
8. Provide end-user training and support on software applications, including creating user guides and conducting training sessions as needed.
9. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements relevant to the supported software applications.
10. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures (Standard Operating Procedure), and best practices.

IDEALLY YOU HAVE:

1. A bachelor’s degree level education.
2. Good written and spoken English.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software and system issues.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to proactively respond to requests and simplify technical concepts to non-technical users.
5. Proven experience in providing technical support for Microsoft (MS) Office 365 (especially MS Excel), Salesforce, and Dropbox.
6. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
8. Availability to work part-time hours based on project needs.
9. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Salesforce Administrator, are preferred.
10. Prior experience in quality control or a related field is preferred but not required.

LOCATION

The office is based in London, England. We expect you to work remotely, however we need you to be available in typical UK business working hours (preferably in the morning).

HOURS

We are looking for a part-time role (2 hours/day) on a freelance basis during UK business working hours.
