Job Description

Hi there! I’m hiring a part time virtual assistant to help me and my wife grow our client base for our real estate photography business in Phoenix Arizona. We are reaching out to new clients by messaging real estate agents in our area through Instagram. Some of the initial outreach is templated, but we need someone who has perfect English to answer questions and naturally engage with our potential clients online to move them through our pipeline. This role will also be involved in documenting systems in our business, managing client interactions, social media scheduling, and handling backend project management of delivering our services. Initially, the role will be heavily focused on client outreach and systems documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms, primarily Instagram
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience using a CRM with automations
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Prospect, engage with, and then direct message local real estate offering a new client promotion
Add leads to CRM system and then manage automated tasks that populate
Answer or triage questions
Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
Scheduling social media posts
Project management systems to manage client orders and photo/video production
10-20 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
