We are looking for a responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team.
Working remotely, you will organize and update files, answer calls, texts and emails, and assist managing real estate properties.
Generally, you will be a virtual PA to our CEO which means you will be:
A. meticulously tracking flow of tenants and guests (move-in/move-outs)
B. tracking all daily reports from all management and contactor teams
C. creating marketing materials
D. making calls and scheduling calendar requests for CEO
E. additional task as requested by CEO so must have excellent English verbal skills
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.
Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
*Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails and answer text messages
*Prepare and organize databases and reports
*Manage social media accounts, grow them, engage with replies, and schedule post (Experience with Hootsuite a Plus)
*Handle confidential employer and client information
*Take notes
*Schedule appointments and meetings via text messages list on calendar
*Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
*Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
*Web Research
*Various Additional Tasks
*Ability to be trained to learn new tools and technology with instructions
Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
*High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
*Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
*Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
*Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
*Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions
*Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
*Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
*Self-directed and able to work without supervision
*Good verbal and written communication skills in English
*Strong customer service and presentation skills
*Able to work evenings and extended hours as needed (Houston, TX, USA time 3pm to 7pm shift)
Must have at least 1 year previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service.
Shift is Houston, TX, USA time 3pm to 7pm.
Work is 7 days.
This is part time position 4 hours a day
We pay via PayPal one week in, but will advance first week.
Timesheets Due Saturday and Pay is the Following Friday (Except for 1st Week)
Pay starts at $2 per hour with monthly performance bonuses.
$225 a month part-time contract
