Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (Non-negotiable)
2. Experience in using a MacBook device
3. Proven work experience as a Real Estate Video Editor
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong command of the English language
7. Availability to work part-time (8 hours a day, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday PST).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos that resonate with our audience and clients.
2. Create eye-catching thumbnails for our video content.
3. Add captions and visual enhancements to increase engagement.
4. Maintain and organize all footage and video content systematically.
5. Stay up to date with the latest editing software and industry best practices.
6. Manage multiple projects at a time and update our project management software daily.
