Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (CRM and Data Management)

Compensation: $4.50 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 hours per week (will increase)
Work Schedule: Flexible check-in during daylight hours, MST (Mountain Standard Time)
Location: Remote

Overview:
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take charge of our CRM system and support the dynamic needs of a growing cannabis-related business process company. You’ll work closely with the business owner to ensure seamless management of sales activities and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM updates and maintenance.
– Process meeting notes, transcripts, and voice memos, ensuring accurate entry into the CRM.
– Conduct regular assessments of the CRM database to apply best practices for data integrity.
– Collaborate with the business owner through regular updates and touchpoints via Slack or online meetings.
– Support the business owner’s networking efforts, meeting preparations, and sales activities.
– Eventually, the role will transition to utilizing CRM data to build and send proposals to potential clients and partners.

Essential Tools You’ll Use:
– Avoma for managing meeting transcripts.
– SugarCRM for CRM management.
– Slack for everyday communication.
– ClickUp (or similar) for task management.
– Google Suite or Zoom for meetings and collaboration.

What to Expect Day-to-Day:
You will be the go-to person for organizing critical information post-meetings. Your day will involve capturing detailed information, requiring quick and precise input into SugarCRM. Your contribution is crucial to keeping our business owner organized and prepared to make pivotal sales pitches.

– Adept in CRM systems, preferably with prior experience in using SugarCRM.
– Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive approach to managing workflows.
– Strong analytical skills, able to identify trends and propose improvements.
– Strong communication and comprehension skills, capable of understanding complex discussions and actions.
– Collaborative in nature and eager to contribute to team objectives.
